Compliance Officer (Banking/7 Months Contract)

Responsibilities:

Support for the Board cycles and reporting obligations – regulatory reporting, management and Board updates

Assist, coordinate in implementation of new MAS regulations

Assist in preparation work for key MAS regulatory engagements

Assist with the Unit’s Scorecard process for 2026 and 2027

Ad-hoc items – Unit Operational Risk Manager-related, working on in-house system enhancements

Requirements:

4 - 9 years of Regulatory Compliance or Compliance Advisory work experience in banks of regulated financial institutions

Team-oriented, positive change agent who seeks to challenge the norm and articulate fresh perspectives in a respectful, constructive manner

Self-starter who is able to work independently and able to solution

Ability to navigate through ambiguity, manage multiple assignments simultaneously

Good communication and interpersonal skills
