Business Innovation Analyst (AI & SCM Digital Solutions)

Key Responsibilities

Identify business challenges and opportunities that can be addressed through AI, automation, and digital technologies.

Champion AI adoption by evaluating emerging technologies and recommending practical business applications.

Engage business stakeholders to understand operational challenges and business objectives.

Gather, analyze, and document business requirements, user stories, and functional specifications.

Map business processes and identify opportunities for process improvement and automation.

Translate business requirements into solution designs that guide development teams and technology partners.

Support solution scoping, feasibility assessment, and business case preparation.

Coordinate end-to-end product delivery from concept through implementation and continuous enhancement.

Work closely with internal and outsourced development teams to clarify requirements and monitor project progress.

Collaborate with technology partners, solution providers, and internal engineering teams to deliver integrated digital solutions.

Lead and coordinate Proof of Concept (PoC),pilot deployments, and solution demonstrations to validate business value and technical feasibility.

Track solution delivery milestones, risks, and issues, ensuring timely resolution with relevant stakeholders.

Required Skills &Experience

Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Computer Science, or related disciplines.

Experience in business analysis, digital transformation, innovation, supply chain, or technology-related roles.

Strong skills in requirements gathering, process analysis, stakeholder engagement, and translating business needs into practical solutions.

Strong curiosity and learning agility in AI and emerging technologies, with the ability to experiment, develop ideas, and prototype AI agents or automation solutions.

Passionate AI champion who can identify use cases, promote adoption, and translate AI opportunities into tangible business value.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and project coordination skills.
