About the role

Studio di consulenza e servizi alle imprese, attivo nel supporto a clienti B2B su tematiche di organizzazione e gestione del personale, ricerca una figura di Addetto/a Risorse Umane da inserire nel team HR con inserimento da subito. Lavorerai a stretto contatto con i responsabili di area, occupandoti della gestione amministrativa del personale e del supporto operativo ai processi di selezione e onboarding. Il ruolo è pensato anche per chi è alla prima esperienza in ambito HR: ti affiancheremo per farti crescere sulle attività quotidiane dell'ufficio.

Attività previste:

Screening dei curriculum e primo contatto con i candidati

Gestione delle pratiche amministrative del personale (assunzioni, contratti, proroghe, cessazioni)

Monitoraggio presenze, ferie e gestione turni

Predisposizione e aggiornamento della documentazione HR

Supporto alle attività di onboarding dei nuovi collaboratori

Requisiti:

Diploma di scuola superiore

Senza esperienza o breve esperienza in ruoli HR o amministrativi

Buone capacità comunicative e organizzative

Padronanza del pacchetto Office

Precisione, riservatezza e attenzione ai dettagli

Offerta e benefit:

Retribuzione 1.500-1.800 € lordi mensili

Contratto a tempo determinato 12 mesi finalizzato a indeterminato

Orario full-time dal lunedì al venerdì
