Duties

Design and develop scalable software systems using programming languages such as Java, Python, C++, and Ruby on Rails, ensuring high performance and reliability.

Build and maintain RESTful APIs to facilitate seamless communication between different software components and services.

Contribute to system architecture planning by applying design patterns and best practices for system development and microservices architecture.

Implement cloud infrastructure solutions utilizing AWS, Azure, or similar platforms to enhance system scalability and security.

Collaborate within Agile teams to plan sprints, conduct code reviews using version control tools like GitHub, SVN, or Git, and ensure continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines are optimized for efficiency.

Develop front-end interfaces with JavaScript frameworks such as React or Express to create engaging user experiences.

Ensure systems adhere to security standards including RBAC (Role-Based Access Control) and implement scalable database solutions with MySQL or SQL Server for data management.

Apply software engineering principles to optimize application development processes while maintaining high standards of code quality and documentation.

Experience

Proven experience in software development with a strong background in IT infrastructure, web development, and application design.

Hands-on expertise with programming languages including Java, Python, C++, Ruby on Rails, JavaScript, VBA, C#, or similar technologies.

Demonstrated knowledge of RESTful API development, microservices architecture, and system design for scalable systems.

Experience working within Agile environments utilizing tools like GitHub, SVN, or Git for version control; familiarity with CI/CD pipelines is essential.

Practical understanding of cloud infrastructure platforms such as AWS or Azure; experience deploying applications in cloud environments is highly desirable.

Knowledge of design patterns, scalability strategies, and best practices for building robust web applications using frameworks like React or Express.

Familiarity with Linux operating systems and command-line tools; experience with front-end development is a plus.

Strong problem-solving skills complemented by excellent communication abilities; ability to work collaboratively across multidisciplinary teams.
