Project Manager (M&A)

Responsibilities:

Lead and coordinate comprehensive M&A transaction processes, including the preparation of client materials, information collection, and drafting of documentation.

Act as the primary point of coordination among internal teams, clients, and external advisors to ensure efficient transaction execution.

Support deal execution through conducting financial analysis, developing valuation models, and preparing presentation materials.

Manage stakeholder communications and foster strong client relationships throughout the transaction lifecycle.

Oversee meetings, timelines, and deliverables to ensure alignment among all parties involved.

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.

Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, including at least 2 years in M&A advisory within a recognized audit firm or equivalent.

Strong financial modeling and analytical skills.

Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation abilities.

Solid understanding of M&A processes, transactions, and regulatory frameworks.

Proven team player with a track record of managing multiple stakeholders effectively.
