Summary of the role:
We are seeking a proactive, solutionsoriented Financial Accountant who loves Excel, thrives in a collaborative environment, and enjoys partnering with nonfinance teams. You will play a key role in the organisation supporting both our fundraising team and clinical teams by providing clear insights, improving processes, and helping colleagues understand the financial impact of their work. We're looking for someone approachable, flexible and energetic, someone who brings people on the journey rather than enforcing rules from a distance.

Essential Criteria - the successful candidate will possess the following:
Qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA/CPA)
3-5 years relevant accounting experience within the last 7 years
Strong experience preparing management accounts and financial analysis
Advanced Excel skills (including complex formulas, pivot tables and data analysis)

This Finance role pays $61k-$80k/yr. Within typical range for finance roles in Ireland.
