About the role

Key Responsibilities

Read and understand fabrication drawings and measurements.

Cut, mark, drill, fit, and assemble structural steel components.

Fabricate beams, columns, frames, platforms, brackets, handrails, and other steel structures.

Use hand tools, power tools, cutting machines, grinders, and drilling machines safely.

Ensure proper dimensions, alignment, levels, and fit-up before welding.

Work closely with welders, fitters, and supervisors to complete fabrication work.

Inspect fabricated components and correct any dimensional or fitting issues.

Maintain tools, equipment, and a clean and safe workshop environment.

Follow company safety procedures and quality standards.

Requirements

Previous experience as a Steel/Structural Steel Fabricator.

Experience in structural steel and metal fabrication.

Ability to read and work from fabrication drawings.

Good knowledge of steel sections, plates, measurements, and fabrication tools.

Ability to perform cutting, drilling, grinding, fitting, and assembly work.

UAE/GCC experience is an advantage.
