Sales Executive

Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated, results-driven Outdoor Sales Representative with at least 2 years of experience in the gift items and corporate giveaway industry. The ideal candidate possesses an established client network, a strong sales track record, and a valid driver's license for regular client visits and site assessments.

Key Responsibilities

Client Acquisition & Networking: Identify and approach corporate clients to build strong relationships and the company's client base.

Account Management: Oversee key accounts, ensure high customer satisfaction, and foster long-term business partnerships.

Sales Strategy & Closing: Execute sales strategies, deliver tailored product presentations, lead contract negotiations, and close deals to hit targets.

Market Insight & Product Expertise: Stay updated on industry trends across corporate gifting, branding, printing, and signages to offer consultative solutions.

Reporting: Maintain structured CRM data and submit regular performance reports to management.

Requirements

Experience: 2+ years of proven outdoor sales experience in gift items, corporate giveaways, printing, signage, or exhibition sectors.

Licensing: Valid UAE/Local Driver’s License with a reliable vehicle (essential for field visits).

Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills; self-motivated with strong time management.

Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM software, MS Office, and sales reporting tools.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
