About the role

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Joinery Foreman to supervise and coordinate all joinery and woodworking activities on site or in our workshop. The ideal candidate will ensure high-quality workmanship, adherence to drawings and specifications, and timely completion of projects while managing a team of carpenters and joiners.

Key Responsibilities:

Ensure joinery works (furniture, cabinets, doors, windows, partitions, etc.) meet quality standards.

Plan and schedule daily work activities to meet project deadlines.

Inspect materials and workmanship, ensuring compliance with specifications.

Provide technical guidance and solve on-site joinery issues.

Maintain a safe work environment and enforce safety procedures.

Prepare daily reports and update supervisors on project progress.

Coordinate with site engineers and other trades to ensure smooth workflow.

Supervise and manage a team of carpenters and joiners.

Review and interpret technical drawings and specifications.

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
