Senior Graphic Designer

Next Element Marketing Management is looking for a highly experienced and creatively driven Senior Graphic Visualizer to join our team. The ideal candidate will lead the conceptualization and execution of visually compelling designs and social media campaigns that elevate client brands. Strong expertise in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator is essential, along with the ability to translate ideas into impactful visual stories.

Responsibilities:

1. Lead content creation, including social media posts, stories, and campaign visuals.

2. Define and establish visual tone and brand aesthetics based on industry trends and

client requirements.

3. Develop cohesive visual direction and branding guidelines for clients.

4. Plan, develop, and oversee social media strategies aligned with marketing and business

goals.

5. Stay updated on the latest design tools, technologies, and social media trends.

6. Create original, brand-aligned creative concepts and messaging.

7. Conduct in-depth market research and competitor analysis to support creative

strategies.

8. Capture high-quality photos and digital assets when required.

9. Perform detailed competitive research and understand client requirements thoroughly.

10. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve project output and overall quality.

Skills & Qualifications:

1. Minimum 4–5 years of experience in Graphic Design or a related field with strong

visualization skills.

2. Excellent communication skills (verbal, written, and presentation).

3. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to manage multiple projects efficiently.

4. Prior experience in an Advertising or Marketing Agency is highly preferred.

5. Ability to lead creatively, mentor junior designers, and maintain brand consistency

across all deliverables.

NB: Candidates with dependent visas are preferred.

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
