About the role
A vibrant, high-end hospitality venue is seeking a welcoming, professional, and energetic Hostess to join the front-of-house team. The ideal candidate is naturally hospitable, well-presented, and thrives in a fast-paced guest-service environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Warmly greet guests upon arrival and provide an exceptional first impression.
Manage table seating, guest flow, and the reservation system efficiently.
Escort guests to their tables and present menus.
Answer incoming phone calls, take reservations, and handle basic inquiries.
Maintain a clean, organized, and elegant reception area.
Coordinate with service and kitchen staff to ensure smooth dining operations.
Key Requirements:
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
Professional appearance, positive attitude, and polite phone etiquette.
Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure during peak hours.
Punctual, reliable, and available to work flexible shifts (including evenings and weekends).
Prior customer service or hospitality experience is a plus, but passion and the right attitude are prioritized.
