Lead Project Manager / Principal Project Manager

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Lead / Principal Project Manager to oversee complex, high-impact initiatives from conception through successful delivery. This role focuses on driving cross-functional alignment, managing strategic timelines, mitigating risks, and setting project execution standards.

Key Responsibilities

Define project scope, deliverables, and roadmaps in alignment with core business objectives.

Lead and coordinate multidisciplinary teams to ensure on-time, high-quality execution.

Identify, monitor, and proactively mitigate risks, blockers, and project dependencies.

Establish standard project management frameworks, best practices, and reporting metrics.

Serve as the central communication bridge for key stakeholders and executive leadership.

Manage budgets, resource allocation, and vendor relationships where applicable.

What We Are Looking For

Proven, trackable experience leading large-scale, complex projects from end to end.

Deep mastery of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or Hybrid).

Strong capability to manage conflicting priorities and negotiate across diverse stakeholder groups.

Exceptional communication, leadership, and analytical problem-solving skills.

Demonstrated history of improving operational workflows and delivery efficiency.
