Job Title: Head of Brand & Design / VP of Design

Overview:

Seeking a Head of Brand & Design / VP of Design to build, scale, and govern end-to-end brand identity and product design systems.

Key Responsibilities:

Establish visual identity, design guidelines, and brand architecture across all touchpoints.

Bridge brand marketing, user experience, and product design for a unified visual language.

Direct internal design teams and external agencies to ensure consistent aesthetic rigor.

Leverage qualitative feedback and performance data to iterate on brand design systems.

Requirements:

Proven leadership experience directing brand systems, digital design, and UX/UI strategy.

Distinctive portfolio highlighting cohesive brand identity rollouts.

Advanced proficiency in modern design tools, design systems, and creative workflows.
