Role Description:

Job Title: Automation Engineer

Automation QA Engineer (TestComplete & Python)

Required Skills 5-10 years of experience in Software Quality Assurance and Testing. Strong hands-on experience with TestComplete automation tool. Proficiency in Python programming for test automation. Strong understanding of the Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC) and Quality Assurance methodologies. Experience in designing and developing automation frameworks from scratch. Knowledge of SQL for database validation and testing. Experience with defect tracking and test management tools such as JIRA. Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodology. Experience working with version control and source code management tools such as Git and Bitbucket. Exposure to CI/CD tools such as Jenkins and continuous testing practices. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Preferred Skills Exposure to Capital Markets or Financial Services domain is an added advantage. Understanding of trading, investment, or financial systems will be beneficial. Experience with API testing tools and frameworks. Exposure to enterprise DevOps practices using Git, Bitbucket, and CI/CD pipelines. Experience working in enterprise-scale applications.
