Als Advanced Product Manager Software Retail Solutions (m/w/d) übernehmen Sie die Verantwortung für die Weiterentwicklung unserer Vynamic Self-Service Plattform und arbeiten an innovativen Softwarelösungen, die täglich von Millionen Konsumenten genutzt werden. In einem internationalen Umfeld arbeiten Sie eng mit Kunden, Entwicklungsteams und weiteren Stakeholdern zusammen und prägen aktiv die Produktstrategie sowie zukünftige Innovationen.

Ihre Aufgaben

Verantworten des gesamten Produktlebenszyklus unserer Vynamic Self-Service Softwarelösungen

Definieren und Weiterentwickeln der Produktvision, Produktstrategie und Roadmap

Analysieren von Marktanforderungen, Kundenbedürfnissen und Technologietrends und der Strategien von Marktbegleitern

Erheben, Priorisieren und Übersetzen von Anforderungen

Zusammenarbeiten mit Entwicklungsteams in agilen Entwicklungsumgebungen

Abstimmen von Anforderungen und Prioritäten mit internen und externen Stakeholdern

Unterstützen von Kundenprojekten bei funktionalen und technischen Fragestellungen

Entwickeln von Business Cases und Mitwirken an Preis- und Portfoliostrategien

Erstellen und Pflegen produktbezogener Dokumentationen

Abstimmen neuer Funktionen und Innovationen im Bereich AI und Smart Vision

Begleiten von Produkteinführungen und Unterstützen vertrieblicher Aktivitäten

Qualifikationen

Mindestens 6-8 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Software Product Management

Erfahrung in der Steuerung von Softwareprodukten über den gesamten Produktlebenszyklus, von der Definition bis zum End-of-Life

Verständnis für das Zusammenspiel von Software und Hardware in komplexen Produktumgebungen

Erfahrung in der Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Produktstrategien sowie Produkt-Roadmaps

Erfahrung in der Formulierung und Priorisierung von Anforderungen in Jira

Erfahrung in der Zusammenarbeit mit Entwicklungsteams in einem agilen Umfeld

Erfahrung im direkten Kundenkontakt sowie im Management von Anforderungen im B2B-Umfeld

Kenntnisse in allen gängigen Office-Tools, JIRA, Confluence, KI-Tools

Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

Position overview

At Diebold Nixdorf, you'll help shape the next generation of self-service solutions for the retail industry. As an Advanced Product Manager, Software Retail Solutions, you will drive the evolution of our Vynamic Self-Service Platform and contribute to innovative software solutions used by millions of consumers every day. Working in an international environment, you will collaborate closely with customers, development teams, and key stakeholders to actively shape product strategy and drive future innovation.

Location: Berlin, Germany - Hybrid

Your Responsibilities

Managing the entire product lifecycle of our Vynamic Self-Service software solutions

Defining and evolving the product vision, strategy, and roadmap

Analyzing market requirements, customer needs, technology trends, and competitor strategies

Gathering, prioritizing, and translating business and customer requirements into actionable product initiatives

Collaborating with development teams in agile software development environments

Aligning requirements and priorities with internal and external stakeholders

Supporting customer projects by providing functional and technical product expertise

Developing business cases and contributing to pricing and portfolio strategies

Creating and maintaining product-related documentation

Driving alignment on new features and innovations in the areas of AI and Smart Vision

Supporting product launches and enabling sales and go-to-market activities

Qualifications

6-8 years of experience in software product management

Proven experience managing software products throughout the entire product lifecycle, from concept and definition through to end-of-life

Strong understanding of the interaction between software and hardware in complex product environments

Experience defining and executing product strategies and roadmaps

Experience eliciting, prioritizing, and managing requirements using Jira

Experience collaborating with development teams in agile software development environments

Experience working directly with customers and managing requirements in a B2B environment

Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, Jira, Confluence, and AI-powered tools

Fluent German and English communication skills, both written and spoken
