About the role
URGENT HIRING | IMMEDIATE JOINERS PREFERRED
Fixen Technical Services L.L.C. is looking for a skilled and experienced AC Technician to join our maintenance team.
The ideal candidate must have strong hands-on experience in AC installation, servicing, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair for residential, commercial, villa, and facility management projects.
Key Responsibilities
Install, service, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair AC and HVAC systems.
Perform preventive and corrective maintenance (PPM).
Diagnose electrical, mechanical, and refrigeration-related faults.
Perform AC cleaning, servicing, testing, and performance checks.
Carry out refrigerant charging, leak detection, pressure testing, and vacuuming.
Repair and replace compressors, motors, capacitors, thermostats, sensors, valves, and control components.
Install and repair refrigerant piping, insulation, and condensate drainage.
Read AC wiring diagrams and electrical schematics.
Complete service reports and maintenance checklists.
Follow company HSE and safety procedures.
Coordinate with supervisors and technical teams to complete work on time.
Required Experience
Candidates must have practical experience with:
Split AC Systems
Ducted Split Systems
Package Units
VRF / VRV Systems
FCU – Fan Coil Units
AHU – Air Handling Units
Chilled Water Systems
Requirements
Minimum 2–5 years of UAE/GCC experience as an AC Technician.
Strong experience in AC installation, maintenance, servicing, troubleshooting, and repair.
Good knowledge of refrigeration systems and electrical controls.
Ability to troubleshoot electrical and mechanical faults.
HVAC or Refrigeration technical certification is an advantage.
Valid UAE Manual Driving License is preferred.
Ability to work independently and handle multiple service locations.
Physically fit and able to work in different site conditions.
Immediate joiners are highly preferred.
