About the role

We're hiring a Sales & Marketing Executive to generate business for our MEP and fit-out contracting company, with a focus on securing medium-range projects. Must be a strong networker who can manage the sales cycle from lead to contract.

Responsibilities

Identify and pursue new business opportunities for medium-range MEP and fit-out projects

Build and maintain relationships with consultants, main contractors, developers, and clients

Prepare and submit proposals, quotations, and pre-qualification documents

Follow up on tenders/RFQs, negotiate terms, and close deals

Track market trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities

Coordinate with the technical/estimation team on proposal preparation

Meet sales targets and report on pipeline and progress

3+ years' sales/business development experience in MEP or fit-out contracting

Job Types: Temporary, Part-time

Pay: From AED3,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

Abu Dhabi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience:

Marketing: 2 years (Preferred)

Work Location: In person
