We are currently seeking an experienced Safety Manager for our piling works project in Dubai, UAE.

Candidate Requirements

Applicants must:

Be currently based in the UAE

Hold a valid UAE residence/employment visa

Have proven HSE management experience in piling, foundation, and heavy construction works

Have strong knowledge of safety requirements related to piling rigs, crawler cranes, lifting operations, heavy equipment, excavation, concreting, reinforcement works, and site logistics

Be capable of developing, implementing, and monitoring project HSE plans, risk assessments, method statements, emergency procedures, toolbox talks, inspections, and safety audits

Have experience managing and supervising Safety Officers and site HSE personnel

Be capable of identifying unsafe conditions, implementing corrective actions, and ensuring compliance with project and statutory HSE requirements

Have strong coordination skills with the Main Contractor, Consultant, Client, Construction Team, and other project stakeholders

Have previous experience on large-scale foundation projects
