MEP Coordinator

We are a reputable construction company in Dubai seeking an experienced MEP Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 12 years of experience in the MEP Coordination (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) field within the UAE construction industry.

Position: MEP Coordinator

Location: Dubai

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate and manage MEP projects from inception to completion.

Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and contractors to ensure timely and cost-effective project delivery.

Ensure all MEP installations are in compliance with local building codes and regulations.

Review and approve MEP plans, specifications, and schedules.

Provide technical support and guidance to project teams.

Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to project timelines and budgets.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical.

Minimum of 12 years of experience as an MEP Coordinator in the UAE construction industry.

Strong knowledge of MEP systems, local building codes, and regulations (e.g., DEWA, Empower, Tabreed, SIRA, Etisalat/Du, etc…).

Excellent communication and project management skills.

Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, and other MEP-related software.

Monitor project progress and report on key milestones and challenges.

Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and project requirements.

Proficiency in international codes & standards.

Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

Thorough understanding of construction methods, materials, and safety standards.
