Night Shift- Inventory Control and Driver Check-In
We are looking for a capable Coordinator to support our company’s Quality Assurance operations. Accurately and efficiently processing all returns and work efficiently with the Transportation Department

Schedule: Sunday, Monday, Wednesday & Thursday - 8pm - 6am
Pay: $25.00
Responsibilities:
Key reporting as needed.
Process and record damaged inventory.
Process mis-picked returns and provide credits.
Effectively and accurately scan/process all returned items.
Assist all other departments with additional inventory needs.
Ensure recalls are completed in a timely and effective manner.
Match credits noted by drivers to the products that are returned.
Certify returned product is acceptable to be returned to inventory.
Troubleshoot quantity/item discrepancies with relevant departments.
Research discrepancies of returned products without documentation.
Assisting in the completion of other department functions are required.
Ensure returned cases are placed into their assigned slot location or reserve in a timely manner.
Communicate with the Transportation department regarding any returns which have not been correctly processed.
Requirements:
At least 1 years’ experience in warehouse operations is preferred.
Ability to have basic computer skills including Microsoft Office.
Ability to work in a variety of temperatures (cooler, dry, and freezer).
Ability to operate and have a basic understanding of mechanical operation of pallet jack, forklift, and other warehouse equipment.
Ability to demonstrate attention to detail, self-motivation, and the ability to communicate and coordinate with other team members.

Compensation
This Logistics & Supply Chain role pays $25k/yr. Within typical range for logistics & supply chain roles in United States.
