If you are a Qualified Butcher and share our passion and enthusiasm for fresh food, this could be an excellent opportunity for you to develop your career within an established busy retail butcher shop located in a prime location at FX Buckley Butchers Barnhill, Dalkey.

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated butcher to join our team. The butcher will cut, trim, and prepare meat products, ensure high-quality standards, and maintain a clean and organized workspace. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the butcher counter, tools, and equipment.

Proven experience as a butcher or in a similar role, with a minimum of 3 years experience working as a butcher in a busy premises

Excellent knife skills and ability to operate butcher equipment is essential. Fluent in English both spoken and written
