Experienced Barber - Full Time

We are looking for an experienced full-time barber to join our team in Dublin 6.

This is a permanent, long-term position in a high footfall location, suitable for a barber who can work confidently and professionally.

What We Offer:

Full-time, permanent position

45 paid hours per week – breaks included

€15.00–€20.05 per hour, depending on experience, skill level and performance

Responsibilities:

Deliver high-quality men’s haircuts and grooming services

Perform skin fades, classic cuts and modern styles

Provide confident scissor cutting, including longer men’s hairstyles

Maintain excellent customer service standards

Work efficiently in a busy environment

Keep workstations clean and professional

Work well as part of a team

Requirements:

Proven professional experience as a barber

Strong skin fade skills

Strong scissor-cutting skills, including longer hair

Confident with both clipper and scissor work

Able to work independently with customers

Strong communication and customer service skills

Excellent attendance, punctuality and reliability are essential

Professional attitude and appearance

Ability to work the agreed full-time schedule

Legal right to work in Ireland.

This is not a trainee or junior barber position. Applicants must already be confident carrying out both clipper and scissor work independently to a professional standard.

Recruitment Process

Suitable applicants will first be invited for an interview.

Shortlisted candidates will then be invited to complete a practical skills assessment before a final hiring decision is made.

The practical assessment will include:

One skin fade

One scissor cut / longer hairstyle

Candidates will be asked to provide suitable models for the practical assessment. Full details will be provided after the interview.
