About the Role
A fast-growing healthtech company in Dubai is looking for a Technical Officer to manage and support the company’s technical ecosystem, including its healthcare platform, CRM, marketing technology, internal systems, and IT infrastructure.
The ideal candidate should be technically strong, organized and capable of working with both technical and non-technical teams.
Key Responsibilities
HealthTech Platform Management
Manage and maintain the healthcare platform from an administrative and operational perspective.
Configure platform settings, services, workflows, and operational requirements.
Coordinate with operations, marketing, and business teams for platform updates.
Work with developers to troubleshoot bugs and implement improvements.
Convert business requirements into clear technical tasks.
Test new features and ensure proper functionality.
Marketing Technology
Support Meta/Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, and analytics platforms.
Manage tracking pixels, event tracking, and technical integrations.
Support landing pages and marketing automation tools.
Ensure marketing and analytics systems are correctly configured.
Internal Platform Management
Manage WordPress, PHP-based platforms or similar CMS systems.
Perform basic website updates, content changes and configurations.
Coordinate with developers for major technical changes.
Maintain platform security, stability and performance.
CRM and Business Systems
Set up and manage CRM systems such as Zoho, HubSpot, Salesforce or similar.
Manage workflows, dashboards, reports and user permissions.
Troubleshoot CRM issues and support internal users.
Ensure CRM processes match business requirements.
IT Infrastructure
Manage laptops, desktops, printers and office peripherals.
Support office WiFi, networking and phone systems.
Troubleshoot software and hardware issues.
Manage software access and user permissions.
Coordinate with external IT vendors when required.
Requirements
3–6 years of experience in technical operations, IT management or platform management.
Strong understanding of web platforms, SaaS systems and digital tools.
Experience with WordPress, PHP-based platforms or similar CMS.
Familiarity with CRM systems.
Knowledge of digital marketing tools and analytics.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Ability to coordinate with developers and technology vendors.
Basic knowledge of office networks, WiFi, and hardware.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Experience in a startup or healthtech environment is an advantage.
Preferred Experience
Tech operations, IT management or platform management: 5 years.
Web platforms, SaaS systems and digital tools: 3 years.
WordPress, PHP or similar CMS: 3 years.
Healthcare technology experience is an advantage.
