About the role

We are looking for an experienced Factory Assistant Production Manager to oversee manufacturing operations for PIR duct systems, NBR insulation, XLPE insulation, and related products. The candidate will be responsible for production planning, manpower management, quality control, efficiency, safety, and achieving production targets.

Key Responsibilities

Plan and supervise daily, weekly, and monthly production activities.

Manage production of PIR duct, NBR, XLPE insulation, and related products.

Monitor production schedules and ensure timely completion of orders.

Manage production manpower and allocate duties effectively.

Monitor raw material consumption and minimize production waste.

Ensure products meet company and customer quality requirements.

Coordinate with procurement, warehouse, sales, and logistics departments.

Monitor machinery and production equipment.

Identify production problems and implement corrective actions.

Improve production efficiency and reduce manufacturing costs.

Maintain production reports, records, and KPIs.

Requirements

5–10+ years of manufacturing/production management experience.

Strong experience with insulation or HVAC-related manufacturing preferred.

Knowledge of PIR duct, NBR, XLPE, or similar insulation products.

Ability to manage production teams and factory operations.

UAE/GCC manufacturing experience is an advantage.

Hindi language proficiency is mandatory.

Pay: From AED8,000.00 per month
