An Experienced Food & Beverage Manager is required in The Yard Foodmarket, Clancy Quay, Islandbridge, Dublin 8

Main responsibilities

To work closely with a small team and manage the daily operations of the take away, restaurant and barista coffee offering.

To achieve sales targets, optimise profitability and drive overall business performance.

Maintain operational and service standards

Manage rosters, budgeting, purchasing and stock control.

Train, develop and lead the team in all aspect of the business.

Bring new ideas to the restaurant and menu options

Manage inventory with multiple suppliers.

Ensure that the restaurant operates within relevant legislation in terms of Health & safety law, HACCP, consumer legislation and sale of food

Manage multiple online ordering platforms

To keep stock wastage/shrinkage to a minimum

Key requirements

A minimum of 3 years experience as a food and beverage manager.

Fluent English

Be fully flexible to work 5 days over 7, morning, evening & weekends

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: €37,500.00 per year
