About the role
Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled and reliable Molding Machine Operator to join our production team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating, maintaining, and troubleshooting molding machines to ensure efficient and high-quality production.
Key Responsibilities
Operate molding machines (injection/blow/compression, as applicable) according to standard operating procedures
Set up machines, including mold changes, parameter settings, and calibration
Monitor production processes to ensure product quality and consistency
Inspect finished products for defects and ensure adherence to quality standards
Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of machines
Troubleshoot minor machine issues and report major faults to the supervisor
Maintain accurate production records and reports
Follow all safety guidelines and company policies
Coordinate with maintenance and quality teams for smooth operations
Qualifications & Skills
Minimum ITI/Diploma or equivalent qualification
3–5 years of experience in molding machine operation (preferred)
Basic understanding of machine maintenance and troubleshooting
Attention to detail and quality-focused mindset
Ability to work in a team and meet production targets
Working Conditions
Shift: Day shift (9:00 AM – 5:30 PM)
Work environment: Manufacturing
May require standing for long periods and handling machinery
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
