About the Role
A growing online home healthcare and wellness platform in Dubai is looking for a Sales and Customer Service Executive to convert leads into paying customers through professional healthcare sales conversations.
The successful candidate will communicate with patients and families, understand their healthcare requirements, recommend suitable services and close sales.

Key Responsibilities
Sales and Lead Conversion
Handle website, WhatsApp, phone and app-generated leads.
Make inbound and outbound calls.
Understand customer and patient requirements.
Recommend appropriate healthcare services and packages.
Convert leads into confirmed bookings.
Follow up with potential customers and close sales.
Collect payments and maintain accurate records.
Healthcare Sales and Customer Communication
Communicate professionally with patients, family members and caregivers.
Explain services, packages, pricing and benefits.
Handle customer objections and concerns.
Build trust and confidence with customers.
Maintain a professional and empathetic approach.
Follow-up and Customer Retention
Follow up with unconverted leads.
Re-engage previous customers.
Promote renewals, subscriptions and long-term care packages.
Identify upselling opportunities.
CRM and Reporting
Update customer and lead information in the CRM.
Maintain records of calls, leads, conversions and payments.
Prepare accurate sales and follow-up reports.
Requirements
2–5 years of UAE experience in healthcare sales, home healthcare, wellness clinics, medical centers, IV therapy or medical tourism.
Minimum 3 years of telesales experience preferred.
Healthcare sales experience is strongly preferred.
Strong sales and closing skills.
Excellent spoken English.
Arabic, Hindi or Russian language skills are an advantage.
Confident and professional communication style.
Target-driven and customer-focused.
Comfortable handling healthcare-related sales conversations.
Candidates with experience selling high-value healthcare services preferred.
Candidates without healthcare sales experience or without proven sales and closing experience may not be considered.
