QA/QC Engineer

Hydro Dynamic Pipe Engineering FZ LLC (HDPE) is looking for an experienced QA/QC Engineer to join our manufacturing team in the UAE.

Location : Ras Al Khaimah

Key Responsibilities:

Implement and maintain QA/QC systems across manufacturing operations.

Monitor quality of HDPE pipes, fabricated products, rotomoulded products, and steel structural products.

Inspect incoming raw materials, in-process production, and finished products.

Ensure products comply with approved drawings, specifications, standards, and customer requirements.

Prepare and maintain ITPs, inspection checklists, quality reports, test reports, and NCR records.

Coordinate product testing, dimensional inspection, and third-party/client inspections where required.

Identify quality issues, investigate root causes, and implement corrective and preventive actions.

Work closely with Production, Engineering, Procurement, and Project teams to maintain quality standards.

Maintain proper quality documentation and support audits and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s/Diploma in Mechanical, Production, Metallurgy, or relevant Engineering discipline.

1–3 years of QA/QC experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in HDPE/plastic products, rotomoulding, piping, or steel fabrication.

Good knowledge of manufacturing inspection, material testing, welding/fabrication quality, dimensional inspection, and quality documentation.

Familiarity with relevant ISO, ASTM, EN, ASME, or other applicable standards is an advantage.

Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills.

UAE experience is preferred.
