About the role

We are hiring an experienced HVAC Sales Assistant / Sales Manager to support and develop sales of HVAC products. The successful candidate will be responsible for customer development, quotations, sales follow-up, project coordination, and achieving revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities

Promote and sell HVAC products to contractors, consultants, MEP companies, dealers, and end users.

Generate new leads and maintain existing customer relationships.

Prepare quotations and commercial proposals.

Follow up on inquiries and quotations.

Understand customer technical and commercial requirements.

Coordinate with technical, warehouse, and logistics teams.

Monitor sales pipeline and achieve monthly targets.

Conduct customer visits and product presentations.

Monitor competitor pricing and market developments.

Maintain accurate CRM/customer records.

For Sales Manager: develop sales plans, manage sales staff, monitor KPIs, and drive business growth.

Requirements

Previous HVAC sales experience is strongly preferred.

Knowledge of HVAC equipment, accessories, ducting, insulation, or related products.

Strong customer relationship management.

UAE market experience preferred.

Hindi language proficiency is mandatory.

Pay: From AED6,000.00 per month
