About the role

We are seeking a Production Assistant to support manufacturing operations for different types of adhesive tapes. The candidate will assist production supervisors and managers in ensuring efficient, safe, and high-quality production.

Key Responsibilities

Assist with daily adhesive tape production activities.

Support machine operators and production supervisors.

Monitor production quantities and product quality.

Assist with raw material handling and production preparation.

Check product dimensions, appearance, adhesion, and packaging as required.

Maintain production records and reports.

Ensure production areas are clean and organized.

Follow company safety and operating procedures.

Assist in reducing production waste.

Report machine, material, and quality issues to the supervisor.

Support packing, labeling, and dispatch preparation.

Requirements

Previous factory or manufacturing experience preferred.

Adhesive tape manufacturing experience is an advantage.

Basic understanding of production processes.

Good communication and teamwork skills.

Hindi language proficiency is mandatory.

Pay: From AED6,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
