About the role

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Senior Production Manager / Production Assistant to oversee manufacturing operations for our facility producing XLPE Insulation, NBR/PBR Rubber Insulation, PVC Adhesive Tapes, and Phenolic (PIR) Duct Panels.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage all factory operations, including Production, Maintenance, Quality Assurance, Warehouse, and Logistics.

Ensure production targets, quality standards, and delivery schedules are consistently achieved.

Drive operational efficiency, productivity improvements, cost reduction, and profitability.

Lead, coach, and develop production teams while promoting a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Implement and sustain Lean Manufacturing, 5S, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Monitor and analyze factory KPIs, production performance, inventory levels, budgets, and manufacturing costs.

Coordinate with engineering, procurement, planning, and sales teams to ensure smooth production flow.

Ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental, and quality standards.

Identify process improvements and implement best manufacturing practices.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.

8–15 years of manufacturing experience, with at least 6 years in a factory leadership, production management, or plant management role.

Experience in HVAC insulation, XLPE insulation, NBR/PBR rubber insulation, plastics, polymers, phenolic/PIR duct panels, or building materials manufacturing is highly preferred.

Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, production planning, quality systems, and operational excellence.

Excellent leadership, communication, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic manufacturing environment.

Preferred Skills

Experience with ERP/MRP systems.

Strong analytical and reporting capabilities.

Knowledge of ISO quality management systems.

Proven ability to improve productivity, reduce manufacturing costs, and lead continuous improvement projects.

Pay: From AED6,500.00 per month
