About the role

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager – HVAC to lead our sales operations in the UAE. The ideal candidate will have extensive GCC experience in HVAC sales, a proven track record of driving new business, and strong leadership skills to manage a high-performing sales team.

Key Requirements

Minimum 10+ years of GCC sales experience in the HVAC industry.

Strong experience selling:

HVAC spare parts

Refrigerant gases

Copper tubes

Insulation materials (fiberglass, elastomeric, etc.)

Water valves and other HVAC-related products

Proven experience managing a team of approximately 15 sales executives.

Strong "sales hunter" mindset with the ability to generate new business through direct and channel sales.

Good knowledge of the UAE HVAC market.

Valid UAE driving license.

Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.

Pay: From AED8,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
