Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and technically skilled Service Engineer to join our team in Indore. The candidate will be responsible for installation, servicing, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of equipment or systems. This position is suitable for both freshers with relevant technical qualifications and experienced candidates.

Key Responsibilities

Install, inspect, and service equipment or systems.

Perform routine and preventive maintenance activities.

Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues.

Repair or replace faulty components as required.

Attend customer service requests and provide technical support.

Prepare and maintain service reports and work records.

Coordinate with customers and internal technical teams.

Ensure assigned service work is completed on time.

Follow company safety procedures and service standards.

Provide basic guidance to customers on equipment operation and maintenance.

Qualifications

ITI / Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, Instrumentation, or a related technical field.

Freshers with relevant qualifications are encouraged to apply.

Experienced candidates in service, maintenance, installation, or technical support are also eligible.

Required Skills

Basic technical knowledge and troubleshooting skills.

Understanding of installation and maintenance processes.

Good problem-solving ability.

Basic computer knowledge.

Good communication and customer-handling skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Willingness to travel for field service work, if required.

Salary & Benefits

Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹20,000 per month
