About the role

Nel settore della vendita al dettaglio, ricerchiamo un/una Promoter da inserire presso punti vendita in zona Casalecchio di Reno. La risorsa selezionata avrà il compito di illustrare le caratteristiche e i vantaggi dei prodotti direttamente al pubblico, supportare le iniziative promozionali e raccogliere informazioni utili per il monitoraggio delle campagne commerciali.

Attività principali:

presentazione e spiegazione dei prodotti ai clienti presso i punti vendita assegnati

allestimento degli spazi promozionali e cura della visibilità dei materiali informativi

distribuzione di brochure e supporto alle campagne pubblicitarie sul territorio

acquisizione di contatti e feedback da inserire nel sistema aziendale

collaborazione con il team commerciale per il raggiungimento degli obiettivi di promozione

compilazione di report sulle attività svolte e i risultati ottenuti

Requisiti richiesti:

predisposizione naturale al contatto diretto con il pubblico

ottime capacità di comunicazione e relazione interpersonale

dinamicità e orientamento agli obiettivi commerciali

diploma di scuola superiore

possibilità di inizio immediato

senza esperienza pregressa, valutiamo anche prime esperienze

Offerta e benefit:

contratto a tempo determinato full time

Formazione continua e affiancamento operativo iniziale

Bonus su obiettivi raggiunti

Retribuzione lorda mensile indicativa: 1.450-1.700 €
