Key Responsibilities

Inspection & Verification

Conduct post-installation inspections.

Review installation quality, dimensions, location, and visibility.

Validate compliance with approval conditions.

Compliance Monitoring

Monitor unauthorized signage installations.

Support identification of policy violations.

Review expired and temporary signage approvals.

Verify signage removal or renewal requirements.

Enforcement Support

Prepare inspection findings and compliance reports.

Coordinate rectification actions with relevant stakeholders.

Support authority inspections and enforcement activities.

Maintain compliance records and photographic evidence.

Revalidation & Auditing

Monitor temporary NOC expiry.

Conduct annual signage audits.

Track renewal and revalidation requirements.

Support dashboard reporting and compliance monitoring.

Qualifications

Education

Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in:

Architecture

Civil Engineering

Construction Management

Urban Planning

Related Technical Discipline

Experience

5–8 years of relevant experience.

Site inspection, compliance, authority coordination, development control, or construction monitoring experience.

Skills: compliance , regulations , site inspection
