Site Engineer – Piling
About the role
We are looking for an experienced Site Engineer – Piling to join our team in the UAE. The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge and hands-on experience in piling works, site execution, equipment, and coordination with consultants and subcontractors.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise and manage daily piling activities at the project site.
Ensure piling works are executed as per approved drawings, method statements, specifications, and project requirements.
Coordinate effectively with consultants, subcontractors, and project teams.
Monitor site progress, productivity, quality, and resource requirements.
Prepare and maintain daily site reports, progress reports, and relevant project documentation.
Coordinate with equipment operators and ensure proper utilization of piling equipment and tools.
Identify and resolve site-related technical and operational issues.
Ensure compliance with approved quality, safety, and environmental requirements.
Review drawings and coordinate with the technical team for any discrepancies or site requirements.
Support testing, inspection, and quality control activities related to piling works.
Monitor manpower, materials, equipment, and tools required for site activities.
Ensure piling activities are completed within the planned schedule and project requirements.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.
Minimum 3+ years of UAE experience in piling or related ground engineering works.
Strong practical and technical knowledge of piling operations and site execution.
Good knowledge of piling equipment, machinery, tools, and their applications.
Proven ability to coordinate and communicate effectively with consultants and subcontractors.
Good knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Office.
Ability to read and understand construction drawings, specifications, and method statements.
Strong site management, coordination, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Candidates with experience in piling, deep foundations, shoring, or ground engineering will be preferred.
Pay: AED4,500.00 - AED5,500.00 per month
