JOB PURPOSE
To ensure that our products and services meet all necessary requirements before they reach the consumer. They must fully understand the requirements for the product or service and have a sense of responsibility towards our potential and existing customers as well as the competition. The goal is to help preserve our reputation by ensuring that our products and services are capable to drive sustainable growth.
ACCOUNTABILITIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
To ensure that the requirements of the documented quality system are adhered to and work produced compiles with drawing and specifications.
To inspect all incoming goods in accordance with the Purchase Order, Technical data sheet & drawings.
To inspect in process of WIP components as per the Drawings and quality plan and record the same.
To prepare Inspection Report to record all findings.
To document and report any work or process not conforming to specified requirements using the Non-Conformance reporting system.
To follow-up Non - Conformance reports until the satisfactory conclusion.
To ensure that any rejected materials are removed from the processes and move to rejection area
Closing of entries in SAP after incoming/In process inspection.
To discuss all Safety issues with the QHSE Engineer.
Daily observation of safety practices and work environment addressed to Safety Officer
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
ITI Quality technician /Diploma in Mechanical with minimum of 2-3 years’ experience.
Computer Literacy, QMS Awareness, Safety Awareness.
Knowledge in Extracting reports, log creation and drawings.
Basic electrical items knowledge.
Pay: AED1,200.00 - AED1,500.00 per month
Work Location: In person
