Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced Demolition Project Manager with a minimum of 10+ years of hands-on experience managing demolition operations within the oil & gas, industrial, or heavy construction sectors. The successful candidate will oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of demolition projects, ensuring alignment with client requirements, regulatory standards, and Delta Gulf Group's rigorous safety and quality benchmarks - while effectively deploying our fleet of heavy lifting, heavy transport, and earth-moving rental equipment.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, schedule, and manage end-to-end demolition projects from mobilization through site handover

Coordinate equipment deployment (cranes, transporters, excavators, and earth-moving machinery) in line with project timelines.

Develop and enforce HSE protocols in compliance with ADNOC and UAE regulatory standards.

Liaise with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure project scope, budget, and schedule adherence.

Conduct site risk assessments and manage method statements for demolition activities.

Supervise site supervisors, equipment operators, and support crews.

Monitor project costs, resource allocation, and equipment utilization.

Ensure all permits, inspections, and regulatory documentation are secured and maintained.

Report project progress, risks, and KPIs to senior management.

Required Qualifications

10+ years of experience in demolition project management, preferably within oil & gas, industrial, or heavy civil sectors.

Bachelor's degree in Civil/Structural Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.

Proven track record managing large-scale demolition and heavy equipment logistics projects.

Strong knowledge of UAE HSE regulations and ADNOC compliance standards.

Experience working with heavy lifting, heavy transport, and earth-moving equipment.

Excellent leadership, client-facing, and stakeholder management skills.

Valid UAE driving license preferred; NEBOSH/IOSH certification is a plus.

Pay: AED15,000.00 - AED20,000.00 per month
