Finance Manager (Arabic Speaker)

Finance Manager | Abu Dhabi

Property Shop Investment (PSI) is looking for an experienced Finance Manager to join our Accounting team in Abu Dhabi.

The Finance Manager will play a critical role in strategic decision-making and financial operations, supporting the company’s continued growth through financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, cost analysis, risk management, and high-level financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement financial strategies, including risk minimization plans and opportunity forecasting.

Oversee, review, and manage budgets across business departments.

Prepare financial reports and provide financial insights and recommendations to management.

Lead high-level financial reporting and analysis, including board and committee packs, regulatory reports, and statutory financial statements.

Support the development of the company’s strategic goals and ensure financial performance is aligned with business objectives.

Analyze costs, pricing, variable contributions, sales results, and actual performance against business plans.

Develop financial trends, forecasts, and projections.

Provide financial advice on investment activities and recommend appropriate strategies.

Ensure compliance with applicable financial laws, regulations, and guidelines.

Lead HSE compliance within the area of responsibility and ensure safe systems and conditions of work.

Perform other finance-related duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.

5–7 years of experience in finance, with progressive levels of responsibility.

Minimum 2–3 years of managerial or supervisory experience.

Proven experience in financial forecasting and risk management.

Experience working with accounting and financial software systems.

Professional qualifications such as CFA, CPA, or equivalent are an advantage.

An MBA or additional professional certification is considered beneficial.

Skills & Competencies

Strong proficiency in finance software.

Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.

Ability to lead, guide, and manage employees while ensuring sound financial processes.

Strong understanding of financial statistics and accounting principles.

Working knowledge of statutory legislation and financial regulations.

Success in this role will be measured through budget accuracy, cost savings, revenue growth, financial reporting compliance, investment performance, cash-flow management, and alignment of financial results with strategic goals.
