Location: St. Regis Saadiyat Island, Abu Dhabi, UAE
Role Overview We are looking for an experienced L&D Specialist to identify training needs, design and deliver engaging learning programs, and manage learning platforms to support employee development and organizational growth.
Key Responsibilities
Identify training needs and skill gaps across the organization.
Design and deliver innovative learning programs, including technical, behavioral, and leadership training.
Develop training modules, assessments, and learning materials.
Manage the LMS, including course uploads, scheduling, assessments, dashboards, and reporting.
Develop learning journeys and workflows aligned with business needs.
Support Train-the-Trainer programs and employee development initiatives.
Measure training effectiveness through assessments, feedback, and performance improvements.
Research and implement best practices in learning and talent development.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
4+ years of experience in L&D, Training, or Human Resources.
Strong understanding of L&D processes and learning methodologies.
Experience designing training programs and impact assessments.
Excellent communication, organizational, and presentation skills.
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects.
