What are we looking for?

We are looking for a Test Data Management Specialist across the project of the client from the banking sector.

Main tasks and accountabilities will be:

Design, extract, transform, and provision test data sets for UAT, TST50, TST60, UAT10 and other test environments.

Guarantee referential integrity of test data across interconnected systems.

Develop and manage reusable synthetic and masked datasets representing real-world client scenarios (onboarding, advising, compliance checks, transaction flows).

Coordinate with IDMC and Test Data Management teams on environment refresh activities and data population plans.

Support automation of test data provisioning using scripting (SQL, Python, Shell) and CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, Docker, Git).

Maintain a central inventory of test datasets and associated metadata.

Act as a point of contact for testers and Product Owners regarding test data, test users, and related constraints.

What UST expects from you?

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Mathematics, Finance, or a related field.

Minimum 3 years of experience in Test Data Management, preferably within financial services or highly regulated environments.

Strong proficiency in SQL and hands-on experience with relational databases (Oracle, MS SQL Server, PostgreSQL).

Experience with data masking tools and technologies (e.g., Delphix, Informatica) is highly desirable.

Solid understanding of Software Delivery Lifecycles (SDLC) and Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).

Familiarity with test phases such as SIT, UAT, and regression testing.

Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail and data quality.

Self-directed, solution-oriented, and able to thrive in a distributed, cross-location team.

Fluent English.
