About the role

Key Responsibilities Coordinate day-to-day project and operational activities.Track tasks, timelines, deliverables, and action items.Coordinate with internal teams, clients, and vendors.Prepare MIS, project reports, trackers, and presentations.Conduct meetings, prepare MoMs, and follow up on action items.Monitor operational issues, escalate delays, and ensure timely closure.Maintain project documentation and SOPs.Support process improvement and ensure adherence to SLAs.

Requirements 5–8 years of experience in Project Coordination/Operations/PMO.Strong communication, coordination, and follow-up skills.Good knowledge of MS Excel, PowerPoint, and project management tools.Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
