Operiamo nel settore del customer service e dei call center, fornendo servizi di assistenza e vendita per conto di terzi. Per il nostro team di Castel Maggiore, ricerchiamo un Responsabile vendite che si occupi di coordinare l'operatività quotidiana e di motivare gli operatori al raggiungimento dei target.

Attività previste

Coordinamento operativo del team di vendita e monitoraggio delle chiamate

Analisi costante delle performance tramite reportistica interna

Formazione pratica degli operatori sulle tecniche di vendita assistita

Gestione delle criticità legate al servizio clienti e risoluzione dei reclami

Collaborazione con la direzione per l'aggiornamento delle strategie commerciali

Requisiti richiesti

diploma di scuola superiore

esperienza non indispensabile

eccellenti capacità comunicative e relazionali

determinazione nel raggiungimento degli obiettivi prefissati

buona conoscenza del pacchetto Office

disponibilità a partire da subito

Offerta e benefit

retribuzione lorda mensile indicativa: 1850-2450 €
