About the role

Please note this role is 50% based on site in Dublin and 50% based from home, subject to the project demands.

Are you passionate about turning complex railway systems into safe, operational networks? We are seeking an experienced Testing & Commissioning Manager to lead the successful introduction of major signalling and railway systems into operational service.

What You'll Be Doing

Developing and implementing Testing & Commissioning strategies

Managing test and commissioning plans across multidisciplinary teams

Supporting possession planning and operational readiness activities

Leading readiness reviews and defect management processes

Coordinating stakeholders through testing, commissioning and handover

Producing test reports and final handover documentation

What We're Looking For

Degree qualified in Engineering, Project Management or a related discipline

Proven experience of railway testing and commissioning

Strong experience with ETCS and Computer Based Interlocking systems

Proven ability to develop testing and commissioning strategies

Experience delivering complex operational handovers
