About the role

Please note this role is 50% based on site in Dublin and 50% based from home, subject to the project demands.

We are looking for a dynamic Fleet Programme Manager to provide strategic leadership across complex fleet and rolling stock programmes.

This is an opportunity for a senior rail professional to drive delivery across suppliers, operators, infrastructure teams and stakeholders while ensuring projects remain aligned with technical, operational and commercial objectives.

What You'll Be Doing

Leading fleet programme delivery from planning through implementation

Managing programme risks, opportunities and governance processes

Coordinating rolling stock suppliers, infrastructure teams and operators

Driving stakeholder engagement and programme reporting

Supporting business cases, approvals and readiness activities

Ensuring fleet solutions meet safety and operational requirements

What We're Looking For

Degree qualified in Engineering, Project Management or a related field

Proven experience of delivering rolling stock or fleet programmes

Experience leading multidisciplinary teams on major rail projects

Strong stakeholder management and governance skills

Proven track record of programme risk management and delivery
