About the role

Please note this role is 50% based on site in Dublin and 50% based from home, subject to the project demands.

Digital signalling is transforming rail. We're seeking a highly experienced Fleet Integration Lead to oversee the integration of onboard ETCS and railway radio technologies into modern rolling stock fleets.

This is a specialist leadership role at the heart of railway innovation.

What You'll Be Doing

Leading onboard ETCS, GSM-R and FRMCS integration activities

Managing rolling stock and infrastructure interfaces

Supporting design reviews and system assurance activities

Resolving complex technical integration challenges

Coordinating laboratory and field testing activities

Delivering compatibility evidence and technical documentation

What We're Looking For

Degree qualified in Engineering, Project Management or a related discipline

Proven experience of working with railway systems

Proven experience integrating ETCS, train control or railway radio systems

Experience supporting design, testing or commissioning activities

Strong understanding of vehicle-system interfaces
