We're looking for an accomplished Engineering Manager to provide technical governance, leadership and assurance across major railway programmes.

What You'll Be Doing

Developing Engineering Management Plans

Leading design governance and technical assurance activities

Supporting approvals and engineering compliance processes

Managing engineering change and configuration control

Coordinating multidisciplinary engineering teams

Identifying and mitigating technical risks

What We're Looking For

Degree qualified in Engineering

Proven railway engineering experience

Experience establishing engineering governance frameworks

Strong technical assurance and compliance background

Proven capability leading multidisciplinary engineering teams
