TALENT SPECIALIST CLERICAL IV

DUBLIN BASED ST VINCENTS CENTRE NAVAN ROAD, DUBLIN 7

PERMANENT FULL-TIME & 12 MONTH FIXED TERM CONTRACT

(35 Hours Per Week)

Salary: 36,470- 56,018 (LSI)

Salary subject to Relevant Public Sector Experience*

This pivotal role focuses on supporting all talent acquisition and hiring activities, ensuring smooth Contract management, pre-employment checks, and seamless onboarding of new hires. Reporting to the Director of HR, you will collaborate closely with Talent Partners on talent management activities.

Essential:

Two Years experience in a relevant administrative role and at least one years experience in Recruitment/Talent acquisition or similar role

Communicates clearly, effectively and professionally with internal and external stakeholders

Proven track record of managing high volumes of recruitment activity

Ability to prioritise workloads and work to tight deadlines

Excellent attention to detail, administration and organisational skills

Ability to be flexible and innovative in your role

Be self-motivated with ability to work effectively as part of a team, as well as on own initiative

Desirable:

Previous Health Sector/Public Sector experience

Strong knowledge of employment legislation, onboarding standards and vetting requirements

Evidence of continuous professional development
