Recruiter: Pavlina Grancharova

At Flix, we offer a dynamic work environment with competitive pay, strong growth opportunities, and a tech-driven approach to making travel more accessible, sustainable, and affordable.

To support our Legal & Tech team during a colleague’s parental leave, we are looking for a hands-on and reliable Manager Paralegal (m/f/d) to join us on a part-time basis. In this role you will take care of our corporate governance administration and our legal invoicing and purchase-order processes, working closely with Procurement and Finance and making active use of our legal-tech tools.

The essentials at a glance:

Contract type: Fixed-term parental-leave cover, approx. 18 months

Working hours: Part-time, 62.5% (approx. 25 hours/ week)

Start date: October/ November 2026 or another suitable date for the candidate

Location: Munich

About the Role

Manage the corporate governance administration of our group companies in our corporate governance software (Fides), e.g. maintaining corporate registers and structures, tracking shareholder and management resolutions, and preparing documents for notarizations and filings

Take ownership of the legal team’s invoicing and purchase-order (PO) processes - creating and tracking POs, monitoring invoices and ensuring correct and timely processing

Work closely with the Procurement and Finance teams to keep purchasing and invoicing running smoothly and to resolve any open items

Work with our legal-tech and business tools - including Fides, Pivot and Oracle as well as other internal systems - to keep legal and financial data structured, accurate and up to date

Work closely with other departments to respond to corporate inquiries, provide the required documentation in a timely manner

Help continuously improve our legal processes and support the roll-out and adoption of digital tools within the team

Respond to written and verbal requests from attorneys and internal stakeholders, and support special projects as assigned

About You

A completed qualification as Rechtsanwaltsfachangestellte/r, Rechtsfachwirt/in, paralegal, or a comparable legal or commercial qualification (a law- or business-related degree is a plus)

3-5 years of relevant experience working independently in a law firm or a corporate legal department, ideally with exposure to corporate governance and/or invoicing and PO processes

A strong affinity for legal-tech and business tools and digital ways of working is a must - you enjoy working with software (e.g. Fides, Pivot, Oracle and internal systems), learn new tools quickly and are keen to help make processes more efficient

Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken (our legal work is done in both languages)

Outstanding organizational skills, strong attention to detail and reliable adherence to deadlines

A structured, independent and proactive way of working, paired with a hands-on, team-oriented mindset and a strong sense of ownership

Excellent oral and written communication skills

Confident with common office tools, in particular advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint

We recognize that everyone carries a unique set of valuable skills and experiences. If you think you could have an impact even though you don't meet 100% of the requirements, we still encourage you to apply. We want to hear from you!

NB: Please submit your resume in English!
