In deze rol combineer je operationele slagkracht met strategisch advies en projectmatig werken. En dat altijd vanuit een realistische, positieve en constructieve basishouding. Je werkt nauw samen met meerdere hiring managers, senior managers, HR Business Partners, directie en natuurlijk het recruitmentteam. Je maakt deel uit van een betrokken, ondernemend HR-team: onze HR Director, 4 HR Business Partners, 2 HR Officers, een Health & Safety Consultant, 6 Recruiters en de Recruitment Manager.
